Green human resource management works to stimulate environmental initiatives and increase its employees, promotes their commitment to the issue of sustainable development; the current research has come to highlight the role of applying green human resources management in achieving sustainable development in health sector institutions. The analytical descriptive approach for the research related data extracted from several sources of reading assisted the researcher in developing the results showing ideas for the research. One of the most prominent conclusions reached in the implementation of green human resources management could make great progress towards sustainable development in health sector institutions and improves the quality of health services provided and the environment to the future generations.</p> Reham Ershaid Nusair الحقوق الفكرية (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-04-05 2025-04-05 1 9 https://aaasjournals.com/index.php/ajashss/article/view/1215 <p>The research aimed to develop an economic plan to increase wheat production and reduce the amount of water used in water-stressed alluvial shelf areas, using quantitative economic analysis represented by the point estimation method and linear programming. This study showed that wheat production is concentrated in alluvial shelf areas, where the total relative importance of alluvial shelf production reached 84.69%, while the contribution of the Arabian Shield regions does not exceed 15.31% during the period 2018-2023. There is a disparity in wheat productivity between regions, as productivity ranged between a minimum of 4.09 tons/ha for the Jazan region and a maximum of 7.89 tons/ha for the Tabuk region. It was also shown that the priority areas for productive wheat cultivation are Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Qassim, Hail, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province. The proposed economic plan includes limiting wheat cultivation to Al-Jouf, Tabuk, Hail, and Makkah Al-Mukarramah regions. Accordingly, wheat production can be increased by 11.2% and the amount of water used in the alluvial shelf areas can be reduced by 6.27 million m3. The proposed plan also leads to an increase in the self-sufficiency rate for wheat from 25.3% to 28.1%. Finally, this study recommends the need to reconsider the wheat production policy, so that its cultivation is concentrated in areas with high productivity (Tabuk, Al-Jouf, Hail), and not in areas with low productivity (Madinah and Jazan).</p> Adel M. Aldwadahi الحقوق الفكرية (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-04-09 2025-04-09 10 19 https://aaasjournals.com/index.php/ajashss/article/view/1216 <p>يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس التوافق النفسي لمعلمي التربية البدنية بالمرحلة الاعدادية في مدينة بنى وليد&nbsp; واستخدم المنهج الوصفي (الدراسات المسحية) أسلوبا للبحث وقد اختيرت العينة بالطريقة العمدية واشتملت على (105) معلم تربيه بدنية بالمرحلة الاعدادية&nbsp; يمثلون (35) مدرسة إعدادية بمدينة بنى وليد بليبيا، وأستخدم مقياس التوافق النفسي لمعلمي التربية البدنية من إعداد الباحث كأداة للبحث وتوصل البحث الى ان مقياس التوافق النفسي لمعلم التربية البدنية يتكون من عدد سته محاور وهى التوافق الشخصي ، التوافق الاجتماعي، التوافق الانفعالي ، التوافق الصحي ، التوافق المهني والتوافق الاقتصادي وإن المقياس له معاملات علميه تطمئن الى تطبيقه على المرحلة الاعدادية واوصى البحث بتطبيق المقياس على معلمي المرحلة الاعدادية وإجراء دراسات علمية مثيلة على معلمي التربية البدنية للمراحل الدراسية الأخرى وإجراء دراسات علميه لدراسة التوافق النفسي لمعلمي التربية البدنية بالمرحلة الاعدادية وعلاقته بمتغيرات أخرى.</p> عبد الحكيم فتح الله مختار إقنيدي الحقوق الفكرية (c) 2025 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2025-04-09 2025-04-09 20 39
