In the digital age, e-learning has become a key strategy to enhance manpower training and development. This paper explores various e-learning strategies that organizations can implement to improve employees' learning experiences, skill development, and overall productivity. With the rapid pace of technological advancement and the emergence of digital platforms, traditional training methods are being replaced with more flexible, scalable and cost-effective e-learning solutions. This paper examines the integration of e-learning technologies such as learning management systems (LMS), mobile learning, gamification and artificial intelligence and virtual reality. It also discusses the challenges facing organizations, including issues of participation, access to technology, and the digital divide.
