Publication Fees

To cover the costs associated with publication, including peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, publishing, and archiving, a publication fee is applicable for accepted manuscripts.

The fee structure is as follows:

• For Libyan Authors:

  • 500 Libyan Dinars (LYD) per article.
  • This fee applies to articles with up to 3 authors.
  • For articles with more than three authors, please contact the editorial office for further details.

• For International Authors:

  • 70 US Dollars (USD) per article.
  • This fee applies to articles with up to 3 authors.
  • For articles with more than three authors, please contact the editorial office for further details.

Important Notes:

• The publication fee is payable only after the manuscript has undergone peer review and been officially accepted for publication.
• Payment instructions will be provided upon acceptance of your manuscript.
• Waivers or discounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis for authors from low-income countries or in situations of demonstrated financial hardship. Please submit a waiver request along with your manuscript submission, providing a clear justification.
