The Impact of Talent Management on Achieving Sustainable Development in The Public Sector: Afield Study on Bright Star University from The Perspective of Faculty Members

The study aimed to identify the impact and the level of talent management practices on achieving the sustainable development goals of the public sector, from the perspective of faculty members at Al-Najm Al-Satea University in the city of Brega. The study population was limited to faculty members at Al-Najm Al-Satea University in Brega, with a random sample of (97) members selected based on Morgan's table. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire, and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used on a computer to analyze the study data, utilizing frequency tables, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and regression coefficients to examine the relationship between the study variables. The study concluded that there is a positive correlation between talent management and sustainable development, and that talent management has a statistically significant impact on sustainable development.
