Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological flow and psychological resilience among a sample of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, University of Bani Walid. It also sought to determine the levels of psychological flow and psychological resilience among these faculty members. A psychological flow scale prepared by Abdelhadi El-Sayed Abdo and Farouk El-Sayed Osman (2018) was used, along with a psychological resilience scale developed by Breen et al. (2008). The research tools were applied to a stratified random sample of 85 faculty members. The results indicated that the level of psychological flow among the sample was high, based on the dimensions of the psychological flow scale. Similarly, the level of psychological resilience was high, based on the dimensions of the resilience scale. The study further revealed a statistically significant relationship at the 0.01 level between the dimensions of psychological flow and psychological resilience among the faculty members of the Faculty of Education, University of Bani Walid.
