This Study aims to identify the impact of women's work on their social lives, including its positive and negative effects on their health, its impact on the family and marital life, and its effects on child-rearing and the psychological well-being of children, which can lead to failure and delinquency due to the absence of a nurturing mother. The research is significant because of the mother's role in society as the educator of the next generation, upon whom society depends. This importance is further underscored by the impact on the mother herself. The central question revolves around the effect of women's work on the individual. (The researcher concluded that women’s work has a direct and indirect impact on child-rearing and marital life, and recommends more of these studies to demonstrate the harm that women’s work causes to the family and society.
