Abstract

This study aimed to examine the  mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between creativity and innovation management and organizational development at Ras Lanuf Oil and Gas Manufacturing Company.

The research problem was articulated through several questions, most notably: What is the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between creativity and innovation management and organizational development within the company A case study approach was employed using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool, alongside the descriptive-analytical method. The findings revealed statistically significant relationships between the creative climate, creative capabilities, creative behavior, job satisfaction, and organizational development within the company.

The study recommended several measures, including the necessity of providing an appropriate motivational climate to enhance creativity within the company and contribute to organizational development. It also emphasized the importance of establishing systems that foster a climate conducive to unleashing creativity, as well as creating and nurturing an environment that promotes objective criteria in the selection of employees.
