Abstract

This research paper aims to explore the fundamental relationship between the dimensions of strategic planning and sustainable development, focusing on how effective planning contributes to achieving sustainability goals at the economic, social, and environmental levels. The study examines the main dimensions of strategic planning, such as vision, mission, strategic objectives, and environmental analysis, and how these dimensions interact with the pillars of sustainable development. The descriptive-analytical methodology was employed, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. Forty (40) respondents were distributed and analyzed using the SPSS 27 statistical analysis software. The study recommends adopting flexible and forward-looking planning practices that consider the challenges and opportunities associated with sustainability.
