The Mediating Role of Organizational Change Management in the Relationship Between Training Management and Employee performance: An Applied Study on the Al-Ragouba 0il Field

This study examined the mediating role of organizational change management in the relationship between training management and employee performance at the Al-Raqouba oil field. It investigated how field-provided training activities, particularly basic and advanced programs, impact performance. Using a case study design alongside descriptive-historical approaches, data was collected via a questionnaire to evaluate training impacts and the role of change management Results revealed a statistically significant relationship between basic and advanced training and employee performance. Basic training effectively enhanced skills and efficiency. Additionally, the company’s training plan successfully covered essential operational requirements, positively reflecting on overall performance. The study recommended prioritizing basic and advanced training programs, designing effective training plans, and leveraging specialized training experts to continually improve employee performance efficiency.
