Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of intellectual capital, in its three dimensions (human, structural, and customer), on improving organizational learning in private universities in Khartoum State, Sudan. A descriptive-analytical approach was employed, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. Data was collected from a sample of 280 administrative staff members in the state's private universities, and the data were analyzed using modern statistical software. The results showed a significant impact of intellectual capital, in its three dimensions, on organizational learning. The findings emphasized the importance of enhancing organizational learning as a means to improve the utilization of intellectual and human resources, thereby contributing to increased university efficiency and the achievement of their strategic goals. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, most notably the need to develop human capital investment policies, strengthen the structural framework and knowledge systems, and adopt a culture of lifelong learning within private universities, which will positively impact their competitiveness.
