Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the impact of digital transformation dimensions on enhancing the effectiveness of organizational communication, conducted at the Human Resources Management Department of Sirte Oil Company. The study problem focused on measuring how infrastructure, process digitization, digital data, and digital HR contribute to improving communication channels and organizational information flow. Adopting a descriptive-analytical methodology, data was collected via a questionnaire from a sample of 40 employees. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive impact of digital transformation on fostering organizational communication, with process digitization and digital infrastructure scoring the highest implementation levels, while a relative weakness was observed in top management's feedback mechanisms. The study recommended activating digital feedback loops, institutionalizing specialized technical training for HR, and continuously upgrading digital infrastructure to ensure swift and accurate communication.
