The results showed that the level of organizational change readiness and job adaptability among employees was high. Multiple regression analysis revealed a strong relationship between the dimensions of organizational change readiness collectively and job adaptability. It also showed that flexibility in dealing with change was the dimension with the greatest impact on enhancing job adaptability, while the remaining dimensions did not show statistically significant independent effects. Regarding demographic differences, the results of the T-test and one-way ANOVA indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in respondents’ views regarding organizational change readiness and job adaptability. The study recommended the need to enhance organizational flexibility, expand opportunities for participation, support employees’ psychological and professional readiness, and promote a culture of positive acceptance of change. It also recommended conducting future studies in other banking institutions to facilitate the generalization of the findings.
