Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of organizational culture and its dimensions on administrative creativity at the Education Monitoring Office in Ajdabiya. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted as it was considered appropriate to the nature of the study. The study population consisted of administrative employees working in various departments of the Education Monitoring Office in Ajdabiya. A total of (65) questionnaires were distributed, of which (62) were retrieved. After examination, (56) questionnaires were found valid for statistical analysis, representing (90%) of the retrieved questionnaires.

The results showed that the level of organizational culture among administrative employees at the Education Monitoring Office in Ajdabiya was moderate. This indicates that organizational practices and efforts are present; however, they require further development and reinforcement to improve the work environment and encourage creative behaviors. The results also revealed differences in the levels of the dimensions of organizational culture, with the organizational norms dimension ranking first. This reflects an appropriate level of adherence to the rules and informal practices governing employees’ behavior within the organization. Meanwhile, some other dimensions require greater attention, particularly organizational values.

In light of the findings, the study recommended that the management of the Education Monitoring Office in Ajdabiya should focus on developing organizational culture by establishing programs and plans that enhance organizational values, beliefs, and norms, thereby supporting administrative creativity. It also recommended strengthening organizational values by promoting a culture of cooperation, commitment, participation, and organizational belonging, in addition to fostering positive organizational beliefs among employees.
